This book is so simple & short, but extremely practical & inspiring. The authors themselves are life coaches & speak specifically about “Life Planning”, the book is loaded with tools, exercises & resources you can use to help improve your life.
“Life Planning Day”
The main exercise the authors push is to dedicate ONE FULL DAY to write your Life Plan! This exercise is so powerful! Disconnecting yourself from all of your rituals, distractions, most importantly (THE INTERNET) on this one day & going through writing exercises to clarify your intentions.
Setting your intentions for your relationships. Each one specifically.
Setting your intentions with your work, yourself, strangers. Being specific & intentional about why you want certain things, relationships, how you will accomplish that & who you want to be!
If you’re looking for a read to help organize & clarify your life, I’d say take two days… One day to read this book, the second day to do some “Life Planning”.
