1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 training sessions are programs designed specifically for health-conscious individuals who are looking to improve their physical health through the guidance of a performance coach who will introduce & guide them through functional training workouts designed to improve their mobility & stability.  


Boxing sessions are fun for health & fitness seeking people who are looking to learn the basics of boxing, add variety to their training routines & enjoy a full body workout during 45 minute boxing sessions.
